User Agreement

  1. General provisions

    1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between the owner of the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Administration”) and the individual user of the site (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).
    2. By using the site, the User confirms his agreement with the terms of this Agreement.
    3. The Administration reserves the right to change or supplement the Agreement unilaterally without prior notice to the User. Continued use of the site after changes are made means the User agrees to the updated terms.

  2. User Responsibilities

    3. The user undertakes:
    • Do not use the site for illegal purposes.
    • Do not violate the rights of third parties, including copyrights.
    • Do not distribute information on the site that may be offensive, threatening, libelous or otherwise objectionable.
    • Do not take actions aimed at destabilizing the operation of the site.

  3. Rights and obligations of the Administration

    4. The administration has the right:
    • Make changes to the content of the site without prior notice to the User.
    • Restrict access to the site if the User violates the terms of this Agreement.
    • Use the information provided by the User in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
    The administration is not responsible for:
    • Errors or malfunctions of the site caused by technical problems.
    • Losses arising from the use or inability to use the site.
    • Actions of third parties related to the use of User information.

  4. Intellectual property

    1. All text materials, graphic elements, program code and other objects posted on the site are the property of the Administration, unless otherwise indicated.
    2. The user has no right to use site materials without the permission of the Administration.

  5. Confidentiality

    1. The Administration undertakes to protect the confidentiality of User data in accordance with current legislation.
    2. The user agrees that his personal data can be used to improve the quality of service, provision of services and other activities of the site.

  6. Final provisions

    1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the country in which the Administration is registered.
    2. In case of disputes, the parties will strive to resolve them peacefully.
    3. If any provision of the Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Agreement.

The Users signature or other confirmation of acceptance of the terms of the Agreement is mandatory for its use.
